The Two-Day format is designed for those participants who have never taken ACLS, or have prior certification that has lapsed over a significant period of time. The course is designed to provide the knowledge and skills needed to evaluate and manage the first minutes of an adult cardiac-related event. The course is conducted over a 1.5 day format. Registrants should be certified in CPR prior to coming into this class. |

Designed for the healthcare professional who cares for the adult cardiac patient and may need knowledge of advanced resuscitation skills. Physicians/Residents, Nurses, EMS Personnel, Students of Healthcare Professions. |

Prerequisite: |
Prior experience and education in Cardiac Pharmacology & EKG Interpretation is strongly recommended for success. Also, students must complete the on-line Precourse Assessment and present the results at the beginning of class (refer to your student confirmation letter - or contact our office if you have questions!). |

-Satisfactory performance on required skills.
-Post written examination of at least 84%. |
