Letters must be written by physicians and dated within the past 12 months.

Official USMLE / COMLEX transcripts

Preference will be given to candidates with USMLE scores Step 1 and Step 2 CK above 200 (Comlex level 1 scores of 450 and Comlex level 2 scores of 500, or greater) and to applicants who passed on their first attempt. Candidates with two (2) or more unsuccessful attempts on Step 1 or Step 2 CK will not be considered.

The program requires that candidates pass Step 2 CS prior to placement on the NRMP rank order list. Candidates who do not pass Step 2 CS on the first attempt are not likely to be considered.

For IMG candidates, passing Step 3 is recommended, though not required.
