Orientation - Incoming Residents/Fellows

In addition to your individual residency/fellowship program orientations, you are required to attend the Graduate Medical Education Institutional Orientation.

If you are leaving a residency training program and cannot attend orientation please notify the Office of Graduate Medical Education at  (419) 383-4244. You will not be allowed to start training without completion of the orientation process.

You will need to bring the following I-9 Documentation to the GME Insitutional Orientation. 

I-9 Employment Form and List of Acceptable Documents         

         You must bring one (1) acceptable item from List

OR

        You must bring one (1) acceptable item from List B and List C

 

Please check with your Coordinator on the dates for the individual residency/fellowship Program Orientation in addition to the GME Insititutional Orientation.
