UT College of Medicine Academic Affiliation

UT and ProMedica sign 30-day extension

Dear Colleagues,

As you know, UT signed a letter of intent with ProMedica in May to create an Academic Affiliation Agreement. Over the last several months we have been working diligently and have made great progress in finalizing the agreement. As can be expected, working through the details of an affiliation agreement that will impact our communities and organizations for generations to come is a complex process.

With that in mind, The University of Toledo and ProMedica have agreed to a 30-day extension in order to iron out the details of the Academic Affiliation Agreement. As a result, we expect the agreement document to be completed by mid-September.

As details of the Academic Affiliation Agreement become available, we will keep you informed.

Sincerely,

Sharon L. Gaber
