APPLICATION DEADLINE

Applications for admission to the Department of Physics and Astronomy for students seeking an assistantship must be complete by January 15th for full consideration for Fall semester admission. Late applications will receive consideration wherever possible, though delays in processing often affect the chances for an offer of admission.

Note that the deadline for the Professional Science Masters - Photovoltaics program has been extended this year to February 7, 2013.

Applications for admission without consideration for an assistantship or tuition waiver may be accepted on a rolling basis, though applicants are encouraged to contact the Department Admissions Chair to inquire about assistantship availability prior to submitting late applications or application for Spring semester  admission. Applications seeking admission for Spring semester are requested to be complete by September 1st.
