Beth Kohler serves as the Major Gifts Officer for the Health Science Campus with an assignment to the College of Nursing. Prior to joining the Institutional Advancement staff at The University of Toledo in 2011, she was employed by Monroe County Community College in Monroe, MI for 16 years. Her roles at MCCC included serving as the coordinator of grants and major gifts and formerly as the coordinator of alumni and resource development.

Before working at MCCC, Kohler worked at the law firm of Ready, Sullivan & Ready and served as a constituent services aide for (then) State Senator Vernon J. Ehlers.

Kohler earned her Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University in 1990 and her Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE) credential in 2008.

In her spare time, she enjoys reading, practicing Tae Kwon Do, and spending time with her husband and two sons.
