- Is information maintained on acceptable candidates who were not offered the current position?
- Is feedback obtained from new hires and their managers to help improve the hiring process?
- Are specialists at recruitment agencies used to locate potential job candidates and to post open job positions?
- Do human resource personnel have appropriate training and experience prior to being hired?
- Are union demands identified continually, and reasonable steps taken to avoid labor disputes?
- Are written procedures documented to describe the legal requirements for recruiting, hiring, and compensating personnel?
- Are all employees held responsible for recruiting, hiring, and providing personnel with appropriate training?
- Are human resource records filed and retained in accordance with good business practice?
