Picture It: The entertainment for your next event

Get the party started with The University of Toledo Photo Booth.

Your guests will love taking photos and going home with fun memories. You can even customize shots with your event name or logo.

photo booth Option A: $300

  • Photo booth rental for up to 4 hours
  • We set up and manage the booth during your event
  • Participants may send photos to email and/or social media
  • USB with all photos delivered at end of event

 Option B: $450

  • Photo booth rental for up to 4 hours
  • We set up and manage the booth during your event
  • Participants may send photos to email and/or social media
  • USB with all photos delivered at end of event
  • Up to approximately 400 high-quality prints

 Additions:

  • If more than 400 prints desired        + $100 per 400 prints
  • Photos can be customized with your logo. Send eps version of logo to Photoboothops@utoledo.edu.  (no charge)

How does it work?

  •  select the backdrop
  • Photo borders can be customized with your logo. 
  • Allow 30 minutes before and after the event to setup and breakdown.
  • A 10’ x 10’ covered area near an electrical outlet is required.
  • Payment in advance.

How do I book the photo booth?

  1. Complete the photo booth request form. This is only a request, a rental agreement email will be sent once the date is confirmed.
  2. Once availability is confirmed, we will email you a link to the booking agreement to be completed and submitted online.
  3. As a last step, we will email you the total cost and/or a link to make the final payment that will be processed immediately via a department index number or credit card (no P-cards).
