LABOR RELATIONS

The Office of Faculty Labor Relations and Academic Inclusion staff work closely with UT Human Resources, the Provost's Office, and the Deans of each College to resolve issues that affect faculty members. Our staff is committed to working with the University of Toledo chapter of the AAUP and all levels of the administration to ensure fair and equitable treatment of faculty members.

Faculty Senate of the University of Toledo is to serve the faculty and students, and to investigate, deliberate on, and inform the University Community about any issues pertinent to the University, its students, and its faculty, past, present, or future.

ID - Rocket ID

The Rocket Card is the official University of Toledo Identification Card. The Rocket Card is multifaceted in it's uses; it provides students and employees safe, quick access to campus services as well as having a debit card feature. 

Employee Identification On-line Automated Submission Process: This tool allows staff a convenient and time efficient process for requesting their ID badge, regardless of the reason. No more standing in lines, simply follow these simple instructions any time day or night and we will receive and process your request during normal business hours.  

Employees:  Log into your MyUT, click on "Request New/Replacement Rocket Card", which you will find under "Other Services."

International Scholars

UT Employees and their Dependents Shadow Program 
All University of Toledo and University of Toledo Medical Center employees and their dependents are encouraged to voluntarily participate in a shadow experience at The University of Toledo Medical Center. The experience will allow for personal and professional growth by gaining insight into areas of the hospital that are unfamiliar to many of our UT and UTMC employees and their dependents.

Pay Roll Services

The Payroll Department is responsible for the timely and accurate processing of all University payrolls. The current pay schedule provides for the biweekly issuance of payroll on Fridays. Classified staff and hourly employees (student and non-student) are paid one week in arrears. Faculty and unclassified staff are paid to date. 

Pharmacies

The University of Toledo Outpatient Pharmacies offers pharmacy services to University students, employees and their dependents. With two locations to serve you, (Our Main Campus Pharmacy and our Health Science Campus Pharmacy), our pharmacy staff strives to improve the human condition by managing patient medication needs.

Retirement Systems

Eligible full-time employees may enroll in either the State System-State Teachers Retirement System (STRS) for faculty and Ohio Public Employee Retirement Systems (OPERS) for all other staff, or both groups have the option to choose the Alternate Retirement Plan.

Wellness Programs

Rocket Wellness Program provides university quality care at your workplace. Through the development of comprehensive educational services, UT Rocket Wellness can develop a program to meet your worksite needs, including but not limited to the following: conducting health fairs, workshops, programs, group classes, one-on-one coaching at the workplace, in schools, or community settings.
