Print a copy of the Transcript Request Form Complete all sections of the form, including special instructions at the bottom of the form. Mail the request to:

Processing Time: Transcript requests received by mail are processed within three business days. Please allow additional processing time at the beginning and ending of each semester when transcript requests peak in volume. This processing time does not include delivery time. Delivery of the transcripts will be determined by the speed of the postal service. Please allow sufficient time for processing and delivery when placing a transcript request.
