Ordering Official Transcripts Online
Previous students without access to the myUT portal who wish to order official transcripts online can do so by clicking on the TranscriptsPlus® link below. Online requests made directly through TranscriptsPlus® typically require a signature page for authorization.
Students who have not attended main campus since fall 2000 or health science campus since summer 2006 typically do not have a myUT portal account.
If you are uncomfortable placing an order online, you can call Credentials Inc. at 847.716.3005 to place an order via telephone (additional operator assisted surcharge applies).

Ordering Official Transcripts using the Transcript Request Form
Official transcripts can also be requested by submitting a Transcript Request Form in person, by mail, or by fax. We do not accept phone or e-mail requests. Transcripts cannot be faxed to you or a third party. Select one of the following links for more information:
To avoid delays, be sure the Transcript Request Form is filled out completely and all holds and financial delinquencies are cleared. You can verify that you have no holds on your record by logging into the myUT portal.
Trouble accessing the Transcript Request Form?
If you are unable to access the Transcript Request Form and you do not wish to place an order online, you may still order a transcript. A transcript can be ordered by providing the following information with your written request:
♦ Name/All Previous Last Names
♦ Rocket Number and/or Social Security Number
♦ Date of Birth
♦ Daytime Phone Number
♦ Home Address
♦ Address to send transcripts
♦ Number of copies needed
♦ Your Signature
Pick Up Orders
A picture ID is required for all transcript orders being picked up.
Transcripts for pick up cannot be released to persons other than the student without consent. If someone other than the student is picking up the transcript, provide written authorization naming the person. If ordering online, the person picking up the transcript can be indicated during the ordering process.
Transcripts can be picked up on main campus in Rocket Solution Central (RSC), 1200 Rocket Hall. Rocket Hall is located near the corner of Secor Road and Dorr Street. If specifically requested, transcripts can also be picked up on the Health Science Campus in the Office of the Registrar, 114 Mulford Library.
In-person requests for on-demand transcripts are limited to 2 transcripts per day and are only available in Rocket Solution Central (RSC).
Overnight FedEx delivery is available for orders placed online (see information above).
There is no fee for transcripts. However, there are charges for FedEx deliveries and online convenience fees for online orders.
Transcripts cannot be ordered by an email request as your signature is required.
Official transcripts cannot be faxed.
Requests for partial transcripts cannot be honored. Official transcripts include all coursework taken at The University of Toledo.
It is the student’s responsibility to verify there are no transcript holds on their account. Please check the myUT portal if you are unsure of the status of your account.
