No diet day is not about throwing out your nutrition goals or healthy eating habits.  It was founded by Mary Evans Young, director of British anti-diet campaign Diet Breakers.  Its main focus is on body acceptance and body shape diversity.  It’s about healthy eating and not focusing on your appearance or size.  Instead of focusing on changing your body to someone else’s standards today, accept yourself as you are.  Today is not about a ‘diet’.
