World Vegetarian Day- October 1

Vegetarian diets are pretty popular these days.  There are many different kinds of vegetarian diets including lacto-vegetarian, ovo-vegetarian, lacto-ovo vegetarian, pescatarian, pollotarian, and vegan. Each type of diet excludes and includes certain foods.  It is important with a vegetarian diet and as well as any other diet to include the nutritional needs you have and to plan a well-balanced diet around those needs.
