Macadamia nuts have great health benefits like all other nuts.  Nuts are known for being heart healthy and containing lots of protein.  Nuts are high in fat but, high in the good fat such as monounsaturated fats.

Guacamole Day- September 16

Avocados are a delicious fruit that have great health benefits.  Avocados are rich in good fat such as mono- and polyunsaturated fats, and are considered heart healthy. Guacamole is a great way to use avocados and is a great dip for vegetables or of course, tortilla chips.

Better Breakfast Day- September 26

Shoot for a healthy breakfast today. If you don’t usually eat breakfast, try eating it today.  Breakfast helps to get your body going in the morning and provides energy at the start of a busy morning.

Coffee Day- September 29

There has been much research on the health benefits of coffee lately.  A plain cup of coffee has almost no calories in it but, it’s the added milk, cream, and sugar that can be a detriment to your health.
