Treyken Addison was appointed to the UT Board of Trustees in 2009. As a student trustee, he serves as a member of the Academic and Student Affairs Committee.
Mr. Addison is pursuing a double major in Sociology and in Law and Social Thought. During his first year at UT he was the Director of Business and Treasury for the Black Student Union. In his second year, he became President of the Black Student Union, a member of the Student Activities Committee, a member of the UT General Fee Allocation Committee and a Justice on the Student Judiciary Council. He is currently Vice President of Campus Activities and Programming, and a member of the President's Council on Diversity.
A future goal for Mr. Addison is to attend law school and earn a JD/MBA to potentially practice international corporate law. Mr. Addison is from Dayton, Ohio.
