UT’s Health Information Management (HIM) Program is accredited by the Commission for Accreditation of Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). Upon completion of the certificate program, students are eligible to sit for the national certification examination of the American Health Information Management Association (AHIMA) to become Registered Health Information Administrators (RHIA).

To be admitted to UT’s Post-Baccalaureate Certificate Program in Health Information Administration, students must have a minimum undergraduate GPA of 2.7.
