Dr. Melissa Gleckler served on Council from 2017 to 2020, with her final year on Council as Chair. As a past chair, she continues to serve on the HR subcommittee and continues to lend her technology expertise to the Scholarship and Communication committees.
Melissa is the Associate Director for Help Desk and Educational Technology Support in UToledo Online. She provides oversight and guidance to the UToledo Online Help Desk and the Main Campus Testing Center. She also assists with the implementation of new technologies, the development of end-user guides and documentation, and faculty development initiatives. Melissa is a certified Quality Matters Reviewer and UT Master Online Instructor and teaches part-time for the Department of Communication, where she is an award-winning instructor. She has presented nationally and internationally and is published as an educational technology scholar.
