Disabled Parking- If you have a State issued handicap placard in your name, you may utilize any handicap parking space as long as your Handicap Placard is visible.  If there are no disability accessible parking spaces, you must park where your permit allows.  A UT parking permit is required when utilizing the disability accessible parking spaces.

Upgrade/downgrade

If eligible, you may only upgrade/downgrade your employee permit twice in an academic year (August to August).  Once you have upgraded or downgraded your permit-type twice, in an academic year, the option will no longer be available until the following academic year.  If your parking permit does not show the button for "upgrade/downgrade" you do not meet the requirements.
