     ROCKET-2-ROCKET Peer Mentorship Program

    LAUNCHING FALL 2009

Welcome to the Rocket-2-Rocket Peer Mentorship home page!  During fall 2009, The University of Toledo will launch a transformative, new mentorship program for first-year undergraduate students.  Implementation of the pilot mentorship program pairs approximately 400 first-year students with trained peer mentors.  Full implementation - which will pair all first-year students at UT with a trained peer mentor - is targeted for the 2010-2011 academic year.

We are currently recruiting undergraduate peer mentors and faculty/staff mentors. If you are interested in serving as a mentor as part of this exciting new program, please review the information below and complete/submit a Commitment Form (links located at bottom of page).

Questions and Comments can be directed to either Jeff Witt (ext. 3710 or jeffrey.witt@utoledo.edu) or Michele Martinez (ext. 5323 or michele.martinez@utoledo.edu)
