Student Food Pantry FAQ

Who can use the University of Toledo Student Food Pantry?
Any enrolled University of Toledo student who is in need of assistance. For more information, visit the eligibility page.

How much food can a student get at a time?
A student may receive enough food for 3 days and may use the food pantry once every 7 days at no cost. A student may use the food pantry a more frequently in cases of emergencies.

How do I donate to the Food Pantry?
Donations can be placed in the bins around campus or may be brought to the food pantry during the hours of operation. For more information, visit the donations page. 

What should I bring to my first visit at the Food Pantry?
A student needs to be prepared to provide their Rocket Number in order to receive assistance.

What if I cannot bring my donation during the operating hours?
If you are unable to bring a donation during the operating hours, contact the Office of Student Advocacy and Support at 419-350-2471 to arrange a time.

Is there a specific time donations are accepted?
We accept donations all year round!
