Parent and Family Weekend -October 18-20, 2013

Registration Details:
Registration is required for Parents and Family Weekend by Friday, October 11th at 5:00 p.m. Registration fees are non-refundable.
You are not fully registered until payment is received.
Payment options: Check, Money Order or Visa/Mastercard. Checks/money orders should be made payable to:
"UT Parent and Family Weekend"
Payment is due by Friday, October 11th. You will receive a conformation email once we have received/processed the payment.

Costs:
$50 per person over the age of 10.
$25 per person for children 4 to 10.
No charge for children age 3 and under
UT students accompanied by a parent or family member are also free
If you are a football season ticket holder, registration costs for Parents and Family Weekend is $33 per person.
T-shirt costs will be $10 for sizes S-XL and $15 for size XXL.
On Campus Housing
A great and affordable option for Parent and Family Weekend is Presidents Hall, an air-conditioned residence hall, for a fee of $20 per night, per person without linens; $25 per night, per person with linens or $75 per night, per suite (pay by cash, check or credit card upon arrival, only Mastercard, Visa or Discover cards accepted). Presidents Hall is a 6-person suite style hall with three double bedrooms. Each suite includes a furnished living room and private bathroom.
Our accommodations include:
• X-long twin bed (measures 80")
• Semi-private bathroom shared with 4 suitemates
• Linen – 2 sheets, pillow, blanket plus washcloth and towel
• High-speed Internet access

The fee includes food (movie night, family fun and the Rocket Tailgate), all activities and tickets for the UT Rockets football game against Navy. UT students may attend the football game with their student ID for free.
Bookstore:
Friday: 8:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Saturday: 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Each family will receive a coupon at registration good for 20 percent off one entire
purchase (clearance excluded) at the UT Bookstore.
Good for October 18-20 only.
Parking:
Free parking will be available in Lot 13 and the West parking garage, which are located
off of West Bancroft Street on Campus Drive or off Secor Road on Towerview Boulevard
West. Please arrive by 10 a.m. for free parking on Saturday.

Individuals needing accommodations should contact The University of Toledo Office

prior to Parents and Family Day.
