Nick is a first year grad student in the Recreation and Leisure Studies graduate program. He graduated from Xavier University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Sport Management.
Prior to coming to UT Rec in the summer of 2014, Nick was a lifeguard and a customer service representative at Xavier’s O’Connor Sports Center for two years, before being promoted to student facility manager, a position he held for two more years. After leaving Xavier in 2011, Nick was out of the campus rec field for a couple of years before being hired as the aquatics intern at Cleveland State University for the 2013-2014 school year. From there, he was hired at UT as the Aquatics Graduate Assistant. He is pursuing a career in campus recreation and is aiming to find a job as an Aquatics Coordinator after finishing grad school.
Nick is originally from the Cleveland, OH, area and is a fan of the Cleveland Browns, Cleveland Indians, Philadelphia Eagles, and Xavier Basketball. In his spare time, he enjoys running, swimming, and playing pool.
