Our Fitness and Wellness Programs offers you everything you need to accomplish your goals at The University of Toledo. With Rocket-Ex Group Exercise classes, NEW Karate programs, Personal Training and Fitness Assessments we are ready to meet your recreational, fitness and learning goals.

RocketEx - Group Exercise Classes

RocketEx group exercise classes are held at the Student Recreation Center and the Morse Fitness Center. These FREE classes are open to all UTREC members and UT Students 18 years or older. SRC classes are held in the Fitness Studio, Willow Room, Cycling Room, and TRX Area. Morse Fitness Center classes are held in the facility's only Fitness Studio. KARATE PROGRAMS

The "secrets" of martial arts are not secrets at all. Martial arts practice has something to offer for everyone: balance, coordination, strength, focus, discipline, and many more. UT Recreational Services now offers adult and children karate programs. Classes are fun, active, and varied, and are designed for everyone.

PERSONAL TRAINING

UTREC offers personal training for all UTREC members and UT students! Our personal training program is designed to assist members 14 years or older with their various health and fitness goals. We will develop personalized fitness programs just for you and work with you one-on-one to achieve those goals!

FITNESS ASSESSMENTS

Wondering where your current fitness level is? Visit us for a fitness assessment available during open hours or schedule an appointment. The fitness assessment covers the following areas; cardiovascular endurance, body composition, flexibility, and blood pressure. Stop in the wellness center for any questions!
