Student Leadership Academy
The Student Leadership Academy is designed to help build stronger leaders in Recreational
Services and The University of Toledo.

It is our goal to:
- Give students all the tools and the skills necessary to function in a democratic society.
- Guide students in understanding the business structure of Collegiate Recreation and
their roles as student employees in contributing to its success.
- Empower students to create goals that promote professional and leadership skills that
are transferable to their professional careers.
