We are delighted to host your event at the Student Union!

The University of Toledo Student Union is the ideal place for meetings, seminars, banquets, retirement parties, wedding receptions or whatever else you have in mind. Located on the main campus in an attractive, residential area, it is just six miles west of downtown. Features include audio visual aids, Internet access, tele-conferencing and video-conferencing in all meeting rooms and trained, helpful staff.

To get started on reserving a room, browse a list of rooms that you may be reserve, noting size and capacity for each room.

Check Room Availability - View this link to see if your room is scheduled for a future event.  Find the day you are looking to reserve the room form and see if the room is already scheduled for another event. 

After identifying a room that may meet your needs, student organization should complete an Event Registration Form.
