The Student Union offers many options for your group from meeting rooms to large multi-purpose rooms. Reservations for space must be made in advance.

Bancroft Student Union
The University of Toledo Student Union is the ideal place for meetings, seminars, banquets, retirement parties, wedding receptions or whatever else you have in mind. Located on the main campus in an attractive, residential area, it is just 6 miles west of downtown. Features include audio visual aids, internet access, tele-conferencing and video-conferencing in all meeting rooms. Our trained, helpful staff is always available to assist you with your event needs.
Auditorium - SU Room 3010
A large multipurpose room which is suited to a variety of events from meetings and lectures to banquets, dances and exhibits. The room can accommodate up to 1000 people*, depending on specific function.
T-Section - SU Room 3010B
A multipurpose room attached to the Auditorium which can be used either separately or in conjunction with the Auditorium. By itself, the T-Section will accommodate 300 people*.
*The T-Section and Auditorium combined will accommodate 1200 people.
Ingman Room - SU Room 2520
Multipurpose room with a capacity of 500. It can be used for small concerts, dances, banquets, lectures and other functions.
South Lounge - SU 2500 level
Informal lounge used for forums and informal programs.
Concourse Areas - SU 1500 and 2000 levels
Areas available for information tables and sales of goods situated in several locations throughout the Student Union.
Multicultural Center - SU Room 2500
A small display gallery. Use is coordinated through the Office of Multicultural Student Development, 530-2261(phone).
SU Room 1507
A small conference room which will accommodate 12+ people.
SU Room 1509
Set in lecture style with a capacity of 32 people.
SU Room 2561
A small meeting room with a capacity of 36 people.
SU Room 2562
A multipurpose room with a capacity of 32 people.
SU Room 2574
A small meeting room with an informal setting of couch, 2 armchairs and a 4 seat table. Used for informal meetings, interviews and small dinners. Capacity of 6-8 people.
SU Room 2579
Room with a conference table seating 16+.
SU Room 2582
Multipurpose room with capacity of 200 people*.
SU Room 2584
Multipurpose room with capacity of 100 people*.
SU Room 2582/84
A bi-fold separating 2582 and 2584 may be opened giving a combined capacity of 300 people.
Atrium
This area is located outside of rooms 2582 and 2584 and provides an ideal setting for cocktail receptions, information/registration tables or small gatherings. Connected to this area is an outdoor patio.
SU Room 2591
Primarily serves as a seminar room set in classroom style (tables with chairs facing a head table). Capacity is 50 people.

Formal multipurpose room with a capacity of 200.
SU Room 3016
Room with a conference table seating 20+.
