The University of Toledo and the City of Toledo
are maximizing synergies through the Toledo
Talent Keeps Toledo Great program which will
provide internship opportunities for the University’s
students within the City’s departments or divisions. 
This is an expansion of the Office of Undergraduate
Research Tol-Interns Program.

Students in good academic standing from all majors can:

  • Gain practical experience in a professional work environment
  •  Apply academic lessons outside the traditional classroom environment
  •  Interact with influential community leaders and other students who share common interests
  •  Participate in public service engagement to assist the city in serving its citizens.

Eligibility:
The Program will permit undergraduate students in good academic standing to gain practical knowledge, skills and abilities in a professional work environment and apply knowledge gained in the classroom.  International students must have the proper work authorization visa, please consult with the Center for International Studies and Programs before applying.
