I'm Hannah LaPoint, an environmental science major from Toledo, Ohio. I became interested in the Green Fund because it was an opportunity for me to make a difference at the local scale. My philosophy is creating personal connections with our resources inspires greater understanding and empathy between ourselves and the land we rely on.

Sakib is pursuing his Doctoral studies in Civil/Environmental Engineering from UT and has a diverse set of experiences that range from designing water treatment facilities, running business processing software like SAP, executing Railway transportation projects, assessing nano-material risks on human health, working with University Rocketry club to launch rockets under NASA competition.

Hello! I am a senior in Mechanical Engineering, with a minor in sustainability. I am from Deshler Ohio, and plan to graduate in May of 2019. I joined Green Fund because I wanted to prevent waste and promote sustainability here on campus, and there is absolutely no better organization in that regard than the Green Fund. Go Rockets!

Bernard Bahaya is a PhD candidate in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Toledo. His depth area is Water Resources and Environmental Engineering. His research interests include implementation of Best Management Practices i.e. Low Impact Development structures (e.g. rain gardens). He is on the UT student green fund where he is involved in applying his Storm water management and modeling and GIS skills to build hydraulic models in which he implements best management practices on campus.

Ola is a solar PV enthusiast, pursuing his Masters degree in Energy Engineering at UT. He is an advocate for the conservative and sustainable use of the earth's wealth, because Mother Nature can go bankrupt too.

My name is Abby Saxton and I'm a freshman at the University of Toledo. I'm an Environmental Studies major from Cincinnati and I have a passion for the environment! I'm focusing on food sustainability right now, hoping to expand my knowledge through Green Fund and other organizations on the topic of sustainability and the environment. During my free time here at college, I enjoy taking camping/hiking trips, hanging out with my friends, and volunteering whenever I can!

Julia is studying electrical engineering, is minoring in sustainability, and is from Westlake, OH. Her interest in being a part of the Green Fund started when she wrote an application to the Green Fund for the solar tables that are now on campus. She is also involved with Building Ohio's Sustainable Energy Future and the University of Toledo Engineering Council.

Faculty Advisor (Dept. of Physics and Astronomy) to the Student Green Fund, with interests in solar energy, sustainability, and community outreach. Randy worked at NREL in Colorado from 1994 until 2008 when he joined UT.

Responsibilities range from utilities consumption/procurement, mechanical/energy infrastructure improvements, commissioning, LEED projects, campus recycling and sustainability (SEED initiative) to managing the steam plants, building automation controls, and directing chilled water plants. University of Toledo BSME, Class of 1997. Father to 4 Sons.

Dr. Sanjay V. Khare is the Chair of the Department of Physics and Astronomy at The University of Toledo. He is also the Director of the Professional Science Masters in Photo-voltaics and the Director of the Minor in Renewable Energy
