How to Pledge

e-Pledge

Each week until early December, you will receive an email from employeecharitablecampaign@unitedwaytoledo.org. The email is your secured, password-protected, personal link that will enable you to make a pledge. Just click on the link at https://uwgt.upicsolutions.org/uwgt/epledge.jsp and enter the user identification and password provided in your weekly email. After you pledge, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

Printed Pledge Cards

Paper pledge cards are available from your team leader. Completed pledge cards should be turned in to your team leader or dropped off in the following locations:

• Vandra Robinson - Rocket Hall Room 1226, Main Campus, Mail Stop 322
• Driscoll Center Room 1001, Main Campus, Mail Stop 318
• Cynthia Reinsel - Ruppert Health Center Room 0001, Health Science Campus, Mail Stop 1202

 Please make a copy of your pledge for your tax records so you’ll be in compliance with IRS substantiation guidelines for charitable contributions. The UTC3 federations and agencies do not sell, trade or disclose donors’ personal information and do not provide goods or services in whole or partial consideration for any contribution made to the organizations.
