    Services You Can Expect from Advising

    What Advising Expects from You

    Attention to your individual needs and goals

    Seek advising whenever you need it and create a sustained, collaborative relationship with your academic adviser

    General academic advising on policies and procedures, course offerings, and placement test or ACT/SAT scores

    Come to appointments and be prepared. Bring any questions and necessary information that you have to share

    Up-to-date information via web sites and handouts

    Plan ahead: think about your goals for the future—declaring your major

    Transfer credit processing and evaluation

    Understand that our decisions are determined by university policy and done by a transfer credit evaluator in each college

    Degree audit (DARS) Report (DASWEB)

    Learn how to read  and understand your Degree Audit Report

    Referrals to campus resources
