University Honors Program
Unique Academic and Social Opportunities--A Challenging and Supportive Environment
The University of Toledo Honors program is designed specifically to meet the needs of highly motivated and academically talented students. Established in 1963, making it one of the earliest Honors Programs at a state university, it has a strong tradition of excellence and provides students with the best opportunities--both inside and outside the classroom.
As a member of UT's Honors Program, you will enjoy a challenging and nurturing environment conducive to intellectual growth and discovery. Whether you are working on a research project with a faculty member or participating in special Honors events, you will receive the personal attention associated with a small college combined with the resources of a large state university.
