Commuter Tuesdays
In the month of June, four Tuesday orientation dates have been selected to focus on our commuter student population (new students living off-campus who are commuting to UT).
Commuter Tuesday dates by admitted college at UT include:
* Tuesday, June 5: Students admitted to Health Science and Human Service; Languages, Literature, and Social Sciences; and Visual and Performing Arts
* Tuesday, June 12: Students admitted to Business and Innovation; Engineering; Nursing; and Natural Sciences and Mathematics
* Tuesday, June 19: Students admitted to Education; Gateway Programs; Languages, Literature, and Social Sciences; Pharmacy and PS; and Visual and Performing Arts
* Tuesday, June 26: Students admitted to Business and Innovation; Gateway Programs; Health Science and Human Service; Nursing; and Natural Sciences and Mathematics
- June 26 is also a scholarship student-athlete date.
The programs are tailored to best meet the needs of our commuter student population. Focus will be given to how students living off-campus can connect with the campus community, student services geared specifically toward commuter students, and more!
*Commuter dates are open to ALL students (whether living on or off-campus), but the focus of the program will be geared towards students who are NOT living on-campus.
