Are you an admitted high school senior with at least a 3.0 high school GPA? If so, you are eligible to attend our exclusive Rocket Scholarship Day! Join fellow future Rockets to compete for additional UToledo scholarships and learn more about the outstanding academic experiences that UToledo offers.
For your convenience, there are two session times. The additional opportunities listed are available for both sessions. Please only register for one session. The registration for this event will be open until Monday December 4, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. You must register before then to secure your spot.
Specific program agendas and scholarship competition details will not be released ahead of time unless given out by your admitted program.

Morning Session
9:30am-10:00am: Check-in at your admitted academic program
10:30am-12:30pm: Admitted Academic College Program

Afternoon Session
1:30pm-2:00pm Check-in at your admitted academic program

Additional Opportunities

11:00am-2:30pm: Place your enrollment deposit and meet with admission staff
11:00am-2:30pm: Speak with support offices from around campus in our resource fair

Registration will be open until December 4, 2023 at 3:00pm
What will I be doing at Rocket Scholarship Day?
You will be participating in activities put on by your admitted academic program. You will learn more about your program and work with faculty and staff. Program specific agendas will not be given ahead of time unless your program tells you directly. You will also be able to meet with an admissions rep, place your enrollment deposit to secure your spot in Fall 2024, take a campus tour, eat lunch, and speak with support offices around campus, and tour multiple residence halls.
How do I prepare for the scholarship competition?
Be prepared to complete a hands-on activity and learn more about your program. Unless your academic program reaches out to you before the event, there is no preparation required.
Can I participate with a different program than what’s listed on my registration?
You must attend and participate with your admitted academic program to be eligible for a scholarship. Please reach out to your admission counselor by December 1st to notify them of your major change and ensure you are paired with the correct academic college.
Do I attend both sessions?
No, you may only choose the morning or the afternoon session.
