Academic Advising Options

Visit the Office of the Registrar’s website for all current registration dates.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO DECIDE WHICH IS BEST FOR YOU.

1) Email your advisor

If you would like to ask general advising questions or receive assistance with course registration issues via email, please send your request to COBIAdvising@utoledo.edu. If you would prefer that a specific advisor respond to your request, please put their name in the subject or greeting of your email. Remember to include your Rocket # with all communications. 

2) Meet with your advisor

Same Day Advising Sessions for Spring 2025

If you need assistance with Spring 2025 scheduling only, students will be able to choose between in-person and phone appointments. These appointments will be in 15-minute increments. The sign up sheet will be available 1-hour before the scheduled sessions. Please do not sign up for more that one appointment per session:

If you would like to discuss future planning or other detailed advising questions, please email cobiadvising@utoledo.edu or schedule a traditional 30-minute phone, virtual or in-person appointment after the add/drop period has ended (January 27, 2025) via our Bookings website. You must first select your choice of modality (phone, in-person or virtual) before you can schedule a time. You can also call our office at 419-530-2087 or stop in the office (SB 3130) to schedule an appointment.
