Academic Advising Options

Visit the Office of the Registrar’s website for all current registration dates.

PLEASE REVIEW THE FOLLOWING OPTIONS TO DECIDE WHICH IS BEST FOR YOU.

1) Email your advisor

If you would like to ask general advising questions or receive assistance with course registration issues via email, please send your request to COBIAdvising@utoledo.edu. If you would prefer that a specific advisor respond to your request, please put their name in the subject or greeting of your email. Remember to include your Rocket # with all communications.

2) Meet with your advisor

30 minute phone, virtual or in person appointments can be made via our Bookings website. You must first select your choice of modality (phone, in-person or virtual) before you can schedule a time. You can also call our office at 419-530-2087 or stop in the office (SB 3130) to schedule an appointment.

3) Submit a form

If you need to request a course registration permit or declare a major/minor, please visit our forms website.
