From the Bancroft Street Campus
- From the main Bancroft Street entrance, take University Hills to Douglas Road. Turn left (north) on Douglas to the I-475 E ramp.
- Merge onto I-475 E and take it to I-75 N (towards Detroit).
- Take I-75 N to I-280. Take I-280 across the Maumee River to State Route 2. Take State Route 2.
- Go east on State Route 2 to Stadium Road. Take Stadium Road to Bayshore Road.
- Turn right on Bayshore Road to the Lake Erie Center

Alternate Route
- From the main Bancroft Street entrance, take University Hills to Douglas Road. Turn left (north) on Douglas to the I-475 E ramp.
- Merge onto I-475 E and take it to I-75 N (towards Detroit).
- Take I-75 N to I-280. Take I-280 across the Maumee River to Front Street North Bound, take Front to Millard, Millard to Otter Creek and Otter Creek to Bayshore.
This route is faster and easier, but you do get to see the industrial side of the city.
