2014 Wellness Incentive
It’s that time of the year again! There is a wellness open enrollment period for each year of the collective bargaining agreement for the “wellness incentive”. You must sign up during this time period in order to qualify for the $60 incentive.
The wellness open enrollment process has been automated for easier processing. Please follow these step by step instructions.
This year’s wellness open enrollment period is January 13th through January 24th. You must go online at https://entapps00.utoledo.edu/wellness to fill out the form and submit by 5pm on Friday, January 24th.
Paper or Late applications will not be accepted.
We hope you will take advantage of this incentive and follow through on any wellness incentives that UT offers! Being and staying healthy is the first step to reducing your health care costs and those of the institution.

Summer Leave/Voluntary Reduction in Work Hours
UT is again this year offering academic and college departmental staff an opportunity to voluntarily reduce the number of hours they work during the summer. This program allows individuals to take additional unpaid time off during the summer, and assists UT in decreasing staff hours paid in departments where workloads are reduced in the summer.
