LGBTQA Affinity Group

LGBTQA Affinity Group Interest Survey:

This survey is to assess the interest in forming a LGBTQA Affinity Group at the University of Toledo.  A LGBTQA Affinity Group is being considered at UT as a result of information collected through UT’s Climate Survey.  An affinity group is an organized group formed around a shared interest or common goal.  If established, the LGBTQA affinity group at UT would provide an opportunity for lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer UT employees and their UT allies to discuss and explore issues of shared interest and concern. 

The survey (below) indicates a few of the potential focus areas of the group. As the survey also indicates, individuals who choose to become affiliated with this affinity group can choose any level of involvement and can also choose to be affiliated in an anonymous way.

 The Survey can be taken and submitted in any one of three ways; 

 1.    Email.  Copy/Print and complete the survey (link above).  Scan it as a PDF and attach it to an email to Jeffery.witt@utoledo.edu or jeff.n.witt@gmail.com.  May be sent from office or private computer.

 2.    Hard Copy.  Print and complete the survey and send it to Jeff Witt; Program Manager, Office of Equity, Diversity & Community Engagement, UT Mail Stop 502

 3.    Electronically.  Follow the link below from an office or private computer to take the survey via Survey Monkey. https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/8DMYZRT

Survey results will only be reviewed by the LGBTQA Affinity Group leadership and no names or contact information from respondents will be shared with anyone outside of this group.
