Externship
Externship Application Instructions
Please complete the following documents:
- Application (please submit a TYPED application)
- On a separate sheet:
- List 3 choices for placement
- Statement of your goals as an extern student
- Any prior or pending arrests, convictions, or charges
- Externship Placement
- Conflict of Interest Form (please submit a TYPED Conflicts of Interests Inventory)
Include a copy of your:
- Resume
- Unofficial Law School Transcript, which should include your current GPA
Submit the packet to Room 1035 or email Kimberly Blausey at Kimberly.blausey@utoledo.edu.
If you wish to e-mail your documents, be sure to save the completed Application and Conflict of Interest forms to your computer and attach those files to your message.
