Kirk Ross

Kirk RossKirk Ross is the director of planned giving at The University of Toledo Foundation. His practice focuses on estate and charitable planning, including trust and tax planning. He has held positions in private practice, banking, and higher education.

Ross earned his J.D. in 2004 from Northwestern University School of Law in Chicago with a concentration in policy analysis. While there, he was a member of the Phillip C. Jessup International Moot Court team and a Pritzker Research Fellow. Prior to law school, he earned an M.A. in history and another in German. He was an undergraduate at Berry College in Georgia. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Florida.
