Module 1: Where do you go for assistance? |
1. Librarians can help you locate
materials in UT’s collections or at other libraries, using a variety of reference books, indexes, and databases, and can assist you in
finding effective search strategies to streamline your research. Reference is available:
• in-person
• by phone
• by email (AskIt@utnet.utoledo.edu),
• chat with a librarian (http://chat.ohiolink.edu).
2.You can also schedule an individual instruction appointment for one-on-one reference consultation and instruction. Scheduling an appointment allows librarians time to provide in-depth help with your research.
3.You may also see librarians in your class teaching a library and information literacy session.
