read to the left so the title page will be for some near what others would call the end. Japanese Manga and western graphic novels that imitate
manga are like that. Hebrew and Arabic books also are read from right to left.
Finding citation information -- electronic books
With electronic books, the information is found in the same place if the title page was scanned intact. Otherwise you can get the information (a little fudging here) from the catalog record or the record in the text provider, like Netlibrary or Safari Books.
