Physical, Mental, and Emotional Health

Starting a graduate or professional program can be stressful whether it is over work/life balance, going back to school after a long period away, or even coming to a new country for the first time. Dealing with stress and other mental, physical, or emotional issues may seem overwhelming at times. Following are resources the University of Toledo has in place to help you deal with many of these issues. Find out more about dealing with stress through our Counseling Center or the Rocket Wellness Program. Don't let those long nights of study turn into extra pounds -- check out our exercise and recreation centers on both campuses with programs designed especially for students.
