Linda N. Mansour (2014)
Linda Mansour-Ismail Esq. was appointed by the governor as a UT Trustee in 2009. She is currently Vice Chair of the Clinical Affairs Committee and Vice Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee.
Ms. Mansour is the principal managing partner in her own law firm focusing on litigation, domestic and international transactions, immigration, children and family law issues, as well as employment matters.
Previously, Mansour resided in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where she oversaw the transactional practice in the UAE for the U.S. law firm of Sidley & Austin. She also served as a legal consultant to fortune 500 multi-national corporations doing business in that country.
Mansour has played a leadership role in a number of local and national civic and professional organizations. She is presently a member of the American Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, National Employment Lawyers Association, Ohio State Bar Association, Ohio Employment Lawyers Association, Lucas County Bar Association, and the Toledo Bar Association. She currently serves as a committee member on the National City Bank Community Advisory Board, Board member of the YWCA, a member of the National Policy Council for the Arab American Institute and a national Board member of the American-Arab Anti Discrimination Committee.
Mansour is married to Ziad Ismail and they have three children.
