Dr. Angie Fitzpatrick joined the Professional Staff Council in 2021.

She is the director of the Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women where she oversees operations, team development, strategic planning, and gender equity campus programming.

Angie has over 15 years of experience in higher education as a campus organizer, educator, and administrator. She began her career teaching American Culture Studies and Women’s Studies at Bowling Green State University where she earned her doctorate and masters degrees in American Culture Studies. Prior to joining UToledo, Angie served as director of the Women’s Center at the University of Cincinnati, and before that she was the assistant director and lecturer for the Women’s and Gender Studies Program at Coastal Carolina University. She has presented locally and nationally on feminist leadership and the transformative power of women’s centers in higher education. Angie is a strong advocate for intersectional gender justice on campus and in the community. She also likes to garden.
