Office of the Dean of Students
The Dean of Student office is a central location where students, faculty, and parents come to understand and navigate through issues arising in student life. The staff in the Dean of Students office promotes the well-being of all students and the experiences that may affect their life as a UToledo Rocket.  We support students by providing inclusiveness, which essentially equips our students to be change agents for the future. It is vital for students to continue searching for assistance that will affect their student life unleashing the potential that lies within themselves.

Center for Advocacy and Student Experience
The Center for Advocacy and Student Experience is a resource for students' questions, concerns, and problems. The office is a means by which issues may be raised, considered, and resolved. The office enhances service to students and helps alleviate unnecessary pressures they face in the achievement of their academic goals.


Living and Community

Office of Residence Life
The University of Toledo offers living arrangements for all students, graduates and undergraduates. With seven unique Residence Halls, and the McComas Village, it's easy to find a home away from home at UToledo.

Commuter Services
The Office of Off-Campus Student Services provides assistance to the many UToledo students who live off campus.  We organize programs, publish numerous brochures and advocate for issues of concern to our students.

Student Union
The Student Union is an integral part of the institution’s educational environment.  It provides facilities for a range of activities, out-of-class programs, learning experiences, and personal guidance essential to the development of intellectual growth, leadership, social, cultural, physical, and ethical values and skill development.

Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards
This Office of Student Conduct and Community Standards (OSC&CS) is responsible for upholding the UToledo Student Code of Conduct and responding to concerns of potential policy violations. When community expectations are violated, the OSC&CS holds students accountable for their behavior in an equitable, impartial, and consistent process. We seek to develop students into accountable leaders both on and off campus by challenging them to engage in rational and ethical decision-making.

UToledo Meal Plan & Dining Services
Rocket Dining provides students with a range of dining options conveniently located in the heart of campus. With multiple locations and thousands of people to serve, menu options are of the utmost importance. Rocket Dining provides well-balanced menus utilizing seasonal ingredients with the support of our local vendors, ensuring the freshest products are used. Menus are developed based on the latest trends and student feedback to provide value through the best-tasting, most nutritious and diverse options.

Office of Accessibility and Disability Resources
Here at UToledo, it is our mission is to collaborate with and empower students who have disabilities in order to coordinate support services and programs that enable equal access to education and university life.

Office of Multicultural Student Success
The mission of the Office of Multicultural Stucent Success (OMSS) is to foster an inclusive learning environment that promotes academic success, retention and graduation. Through its collaboration efforts, OMSS critically engages students in order to create a campus culture in which all persons, organizations, and groups can learn and develop to achieve their greatest potential.

Learning Enhancement Center
From writing a class paper to finding a tutor to connecting with other students in study groups, the Learning Enhancement Center has the resources you need to help ensure your academic success.

University Libraries
University Libraries partner with other campus units to support your academic learning and research needs.  Carlson Library is located next to the Student Union, Mulford Library is in Mulford Library building, 4th floor, and LaValley Law Library is located on the third floor of the Law Center.

Enhancing Your Student Experience

Office of Student Involvement & Leadership
The Office of Student Involvement & Leadership (OSIL) oversees many university-wide events including First Week, Parents and Family Day, Homecoming, Student Activities Fairs and Songfest. In addition to these traditional programs, the office is involved in bringing many speakers, concerts and other programs to campus.

Center for International Studies and Programs (CISP)
CISP links students with programs, activities and opportunities for international travel, networking and learning, supporting both our international and traditional students. Become an active part of your global community with study abroad, as well as experiential learning and service projects that develop your world outlook and enhance your professional experience.

Office of Recreational Services 
The Office of Recreational Services, which runs the Student Rec Center, is a member of the Division of Student Affairs.  Through our collaborative efforts, we provide The University of Toledo community with quality, student-centered recreational and health promotion programs and services that enrich the mind, body and spirit.

Levis Leadership
Leadership is working with others and inspiring a shared vision. It is about knowing when to step up and ask others to follow you as well as knowing when to follow others. It is a skill that is invaluable in life and imperative for one to learn. Leadership is a characteristic valued by The University of Toledo.

Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women
The Catharine S. Eberly Center for Women is the catalyst for gender equity at The University of Toledo. We work to empower women and gender minorities to reach their fullest potential through developing gender equity leaders and promoting educational access for women and all people facing gender-based oppression.  Check out our programs to develop new skills, learn about gender and social justice, and help advance gender equity on campus and in the community. Our programs are open to students, faculty, staff, and community members of all gender identities and expressions.


Health, Counseling and Support

University Counseling Center
University Counseling Center (UCC) is the central mental health provider for students, servicing the campus community by providing advocacy and mental health information, referral, resources, and direct care promoting mental and emotional well-being, attainment of educational objectives, and responsible community membership for UToledo Students. ​UCC offers free and confidential services and can be accessed by calling 419-530-2426. 

Sexual Assault Education and Prevention Program
The Sexual Assault Education and Prevention Program provides confidential support and information to survivors of sexual assault, intimate partner violence, and stalking, and educational programs designed to create a campus culture of nonviolence

Title IX
The Title IX Office is responsible for university compliance with the Title IX federal regulation of providing a workplace and educational environment, as well as other benefits, programs, and activities, that are free from sex discrimination, sexual harassment (including actual or attempted sexual assault; domestic violence; dating violence; and stalking) and retaliation. The Title IX Office oversees the grievance process and assists with supportive measures. The Title IX Office provides access to resources, prevention education and supportive measures for pregnancy and parenting students.

Alcohol, Tobacco, and Other Drugs

The Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug (ATOD) Prevention Program's mission is to work collaboratively to create an environment that fosters campus-wide health promotion and academic success by coordinating multidisciplinary prevention and treatment efforts around the areas of substance abuse.

Psychology Clinic

UTPC is a training clinic for doctoral students in the UToledo Clinical Psychology program. The therapist assigned to you will be a doctoral student clinician working under the supervision of a licensed faculty clinical psychologist. 

Student Health
When you're in need of quality health care that is convenient and affordable, health and wellness professionals are here (right on campus!) to meet your medical, psychological, and health educational needs. Our highly trained and experienced staff offers students a variety of services at no charge or at prices below community rates.

Student Legal Services
Student Legal Services, Inc., offers UToledo students four major services: advice, representation, referral, and education. No attorney’s fees are charged for the basic services rendered by Student Legal Services, which is funded solely from the Student Legal Services fee.
