Residence Halls

Our residence halls are more than buildings; they're state of the art living and learning centers. We have nine different residence halls on campus with a choice of traditional or suite-style living options. Traditional corridor-style living has rooms that open into an interior hallway with shared bathroom facilities on each floor. Suite-style living includes 2 or 3 rooms joined by a common living area and shares bathroom facilities.

Residency Requirement

All first and second-year students who live outside of a 25-mile driving radius from UToledo are required to live on campus.  Students who reside within a 25-mile radius can choose to live on campus, but it is not required if they are commuting from home.

Specialized Living Communities

To get more out of your stay in the residence halls, consider joining one of our Specialized Living Communities. These communities extend student learning outside of the classroom and promote student intellectual, social and personal growth.
