Clayton Riddel is currently a part-time Help Desk Administrator. He assists The University of Toledo students and faculty when they have problems with Blackboard. He began at The University of Toledo as a student aid in the Computer Services Department in 1978. In 1980, he became a full-time Computer Operator. Since then, Clayton worked in computer software repair, network support, and telecommunications until retirement in 2011. Clayton now lives in Maumee, Ohio.
