You can self-report your GPA, and can choose to apply with or without ACT or SAT scores. Learn more.

You can use either the UToledo application or the Common App.

Submit Your Application and $40 Fee.

4.

Submit:

  • Official ACT or SAT scores sent directly from the testing agency, if you choose to apply with test scores.
  • Official high school transcript or official GED diploma and scores. Your school officials have many choices for how to submit your records. You can work with your school or admission counselor to submit transcripts or scores either electronically (preferred) or by mail to The University of Toledo, Office of Undergraduate Admission, Mail Stop 306, 2801 W. Bancroft St., Toledo, OH 43606. Confirm with your high school counselor that your scores have been submitted. If you apply with a self-reported GPA, you should send your official transcript by Dec. 1.
