There are group study rooms on every floor of the library. Each room is equipped with a table, chairs, a blackboard and wireless computer access. Anyone can use the rooms. However, groups get priority over individuals.
There are copiers, maintained by a commercial vendor, on every floor of the library. Copies are 10 cents with coins, and 6.9 cents with a copy card that can be purchased from dispensers in the second floor lobby area. You can add value to the card by following the directions on the same dispensing machines.
Yes, typewriters are not just for fogies. There are three typewriters available in the Microform & Multimedia office in the Lower Level of Carlson Library; still useful for filling out printed forms.
