Securities Offerings and Reporting Department
We handle all the legal matters related to public and private offerings of equity and debt securities for some of the area’s most successful companies. M and Z Law group LLC represents both issuers and underwriters of offerings, as well as trusts and other large shareholders selling securities. We are experienced in all types of private and public securities offerings, including common stock, preferred stock, rights, warrants, convertible debentures, and other types of debt securities. We advise public companies on all of their reporting and securities-related responsibilities, including federal securities laws and SEC reporting requirements.
Bankruptcy, Restructuring, and Creditors’ Rights Department
M and Z Law Group LLC has played a critical role in many bankruptcy cases in our area. Our lawyers regularly handle complex and contested bankruptcies for debtors, creditors, and committees. We understand the unique needs of creditor committees and secured lenders. In court, we can often prevent the liquidation of assets and secure maximum recovery of collateral. Our employee benefits lawyers are leaders in their creativity and determination when investigating the right solution for a particular client problem. We work closely with our clients’ management to accomplish their objective, while making sure that benefit plans comply with the law and tax regulations.
